The Essence of Well-Being & The Centre are inviting you to dive deeper into mantra practice and explore utilization of voice, sound and music for cultivating well-being, peace and happiness in everyday life.
We are coming together to discover the devotional aspect of Yoga- Bhakti Yoga, and the Yoga of Sound- Nada Yoga. Find out how releasing a true voice of our heart encourages healing and meditativeness. By letting go of inner tensions and expressing our innermost Self in a judgment-free zone, we create a safe space for the rise of unconditional love and pure joy for the well-being of all. Collective singing removes seeming separation between us and strengthens compassion and kindness as we unite our voices in one vibrating sound!
Mantra is an ancient sound formula, a tool for transforming the mind from its constant activity into stillness and calmness. During this journey, we will directly experience how Mantra chanting and singing can positively change our daily lives and why people all over the world come together to sing!
There are no pre-requisites for the workshop, neither musical or singing skills, nor familiarity with Sanskrit language or even Yoga system are required. Just being present in the energy field of mantras is enough to receive the benefits.
Let’s come together to relax, rejoice, reconnect and sing just for the joy of it!
