If you are new to yoga, or are looking for a class that uses the traditional foundations of yoga as a basis then Mindfulness Yoga with Emma might be the class for you. 

Emma brings her 25 years of experience of learning and practicing yoga to her classes, weaving in physical movements (asana) with meditation and traditional breathing techniques. There is a weekly theme relating to either technique, anatomy, philosophy, or inspired by daily life which is related to the yoga practice. Each class begins with an introduction to the theme, a chant and a meditation or breathing exercise, followed by the physical movements of yoga, combined with specific yogic breathing, ending with a guided relaxation. Often Emma includes specific therapeutic techniques to regulate the nervous system and balance the effects of stress on our minds and bodies.
