For babies aged 6 weeks to 4 months

This 5-week course offers a calm, supportive space for parents and babies to connect through the power of touch. Grounded in principles of early development, baby massage supports your baby’s physical, emotional, and social well-being, while fostering a deeper bond between you and your little one.

Massage is a gentle and joyful form of two-way communication. Through loving, responsive touch, babies feel secure and understood—laying the foundation for healthy attachment and emotional resilience.

Each session includes:

  • Simple massage sequences (with oil or over clothes) to support bonding, relaxation, and physical development

  • Colic-easing techniques to help soothe digestive discomfort

  • Gentle holds and handling tips to build your confidence in caring for your baby

  • Baby yoga mini-moves that encourage body awareness and natural motor development

  • Joint relaxation practices for parents and babies to rest and restore together

  • Postnatal-friendly movement and breathwork to ease tension and reconnect with your body

  • Mindful techniques using breath, voice, and gesture to enhance communication and presence in baby care

  • Approaches that are inclusive and adaptable—suitable for babies in special situations, including adoptive families or hospital stays

Rooted in the idea of “spirals of joy,” this course invites you to celebrate the small, meaningful moments of early parenting—building confidence, trust, and shared delight along the way.
