Anastasia Andrea is a mindfulness practitioner offering in-person and online sessions focused on practices that you can seamlessly weave into your everyday life to develop awareness. Her work invites people to relate differently to their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through direct moment-to-moment exploration. She creates a space where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a grounded, open, and attentive way of being.
Anastasia’s background in communication and operations shapes the way she works: clear, structured, and accessible, while remaining deeply human. Before moving into mindfulness, she worked in roles that required navigating complexity and supporting connection. This continues to support her current work, where she helps ease the friction between how we think we should be and what we actually experience.
Anastasia maintains a consistent daily meditation practice and regularly attends retreats to amplify her practice. She is a certified Professional Mindfulness Practitioner trained in Shinzen Young’s Unified Mindfulness system (Active Presence School) and a Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness practitioner trained in the approach developed by David Treleaven. Her work stems both from personal experience and evidence-based understanding of how mindfulness supports emotional resilience, clarity, and well-being.
