"Practice of Being Alive"
From April to December 2026, Anastasia will be holding a series of monthly in-person sessions, “Practice of Being Alive.” This is a 9-month journey where we will practice simple ways to relate differently to thoughts, emotions, and daily life in real time. Not learning mindfulness, but living it.
The sessions are about getting to know yourself as you are through gentle, ongoing exploration and noticing what is actually happening. This will help us cultivate skills for a more fulfilled life. Anastasia's role in these sessions is not to teach, but to guide you and help remove the obstacles between you and your own real experience.
We will meet once a month (each session is offered twice: on a weekday and a weekend), so you can choose what fits your schedule. The program unfolds as a gradual path, however every session is complete on its own, so you can join at any point.
Anastasia's background is in mindfulness practice and training (Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness by David Treleavan and Unified Mindfulness by Shinzen Young through Active Presence organisation), but more importantly, this is something she lives and explore herself, daily.
