Postnatal Restoration Series

Early motherhood is a profound physical and emotional transition. While much of the world focuses on the new baby, this Postnatal Restoration series is dedicated entirely to supporting, restoring, and nurturing you, the mother.

Our sessions offer a deeply supportive, trauma-informed space to help you physically heal from birth, process the emotional shift of motherhood, and gently rebuild your strength.

What to Expect:

  • The Motherhood Circle: An open, supportive space to share experiences, connect with other mothers, and build community.

  • Targeted Postnatal Movement: Gentle somatic practices and functional exercises designed to safely rehabilitate the deep core and pelvic floor, while targeted upper-body work helps relieve the aches, tension, and rounded posture that come from feeding, lifting, and carrying your baby.

  • Nervous System Restoration & Deep Relaxation: Nourishing, restorative practices and deep relaxation techniques created to release deep-seated fatigue, soothe an overstimulated nervous system, and restore inner balance.

  • Mini Self-Care Practices: Simple, practical tools and short routines you can easily weave into your daily life at home to find moments of ease amidst the demands of mothering.

A Note on Babies: Pre-crawling babies are warmly welcome to lie on a blanket next to your mat, snooze, or feed. However, the movement, focus, and structure of this series are entirely dedicated to nurturing and restoring you.
