Rooted in the principles of Active Birth, each session offers practical tools to help you work with your body during labour, not against it.

Prenatal Partner Workshops
These prenatal partner workshops focus on how the birth partner can support their partner using yoga. They include a variety of techniques and practices aimed at fostering connection, reducing stress, and preparing for labor and childbirth.

Private Pregnacy & Postnatal Yoga

Perinatal Shiatsu
Shiatsu can assist women hopeful of conceiving, either through IVF or without assistance, throughout the trimesters of pregnancy, during labour and whilst recovering from all types of birth.
