Corporate Mindfulness Programme

This is an 8-week evidence-based program, drawing on mindfulness practices to improve mental clarity and focus, support mental health, and improve emotional regulation. The course includes focusing on the breath, learning to regulate it as well as specific techniques that help to regulate physiological responses to stress anxiety as well as executive functioning of the brain. Cultivation of awareness of the body and mind is key to mindfulness practice, and some mindful movements will often be included, as well as meditation practices.  

This programme is designed to help participants regulate stress, emotions, and physical wellbeing. Each 60-minute weekly session explores a different wellness-related theme and includes:

  • A guided yoga practice (theme woven into each week’s practice)
  • A meditation, breathing technique, or mind–body activity aligned with the week’s theme
  • Optional home practices to reinforce learning and support long-term wellbeing

The content draws from both evidence-based approaches and traditional wisdom and practices, grounded in my training in yoga, yoga therapy, shiatsu therapy, psychology, and psychotherapy.
