Our Mum & Baby Yoga class is a special monthly gathering designed to support your baby’s development while giving you the chance to bond, relax, and connect with other mums. Each session focuses on a specific element of your baby’s growth, combining gentle movements, sensory stimulation, and mindful practices to nurture their physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.


What to Expect:

  • Baby-Centered Focus: Each class explores key aspects of baby development, such as motor skills, coordination, sensory awareness, and early communication.
     
  • Gentle Yoga for Mum: Rebuild strength, improve posture, and release tension through postnatal-friendly yoga movements.

This class is ideal for mums with babies aged 6 weeks to crawling. No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring a comfortable blanket and an open heart!
