Dorina Gregoriou is taking her Vinyasa Yoga classes outside this summer!

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where you are instructed to flow through a sequence of asanas whilst maintaining a focus on your breath. Dorina teaches the class in such a way that each flow of movement is sequenced to prepare you for the next, each one building on the previous.

The classes are suitable to all and is taught every Tuesday & Thursday from 18:30 to 19:30 in English.
